GERALDENE FARMER
Founder, Director, Business Coach and Mentor
Geraldene has been a coach since 2005. She has a breadth of experience covering healthcare, real estate, project management, business management and is a seasoned leadership trainer, mentor, speaker and writer.

A self-confessed optimist, she injects energy and positivity, clarity, purpose and meaning into the lives and businesses of her individual clients by listening to them empathetically and without judgement. As a group facilitator, she is engaging and knowledgeable and loves nothing more than helping others achieve their goals.

She fosters collaborative relationships with her clients which enable them to bring clarity to vague vision, create detailed business plans, rebrand themselves or their businesses, initiate proactive operational systems and much more.
She believes in teamwork to bring life to new or stagnant business and uses her broad network of professionals to make her business a one stop shop for new or struggling businesses to update tired ideas and methods while developing themselves.
She is an Independant Certified John Maxwell Coach, Trainer and Speaker and is currently enrolled in the MBA Programme at York St Johns University.
